Seats, your call
Any rank, same price, any mix. A seat is full membership in your company: the job board, crew chat, every job you put them on. Usually your own people, but if an outside foreman practically lives on your jobs, seat them. Your account, your seats.
Guests, everyone else
Subs, vendors, and outside help ride free on one active job at a time. They see only the work you hand them: their tasks, their threads, their photos. Need the same guest on two jobs at once? That’s a seat, and the app offers the switch on the spot.

What a 10-person crew usually pays
Most field software bills a base fee, then $29 to $35 a month for every head past the first few, then sells the useful parts as add-ons. We'd rather show you the math than a logo wall.

The questions everyone asks
What does “lock it for life” mean?
$15/person ($12 annual) is our introductory price. We’ll keep adding to the plan, and the public price will likely go up. Companies that subscribe during the founding period keep today’s price for as long as their subscription stays active. Cancel and come back later, and you’ll rejoin at whatever the price is then.
Who counts as a “person” on my plan?
Anyone filling one of your seats: owner, PM, crew boss, or crew. Every seat is the same price, in any mix of ranks: 1 PM and 19 workers, or 10 and 10, your call. They’re your seats, so you decide who sits in them.
Who’s free?
People who work for someone else. Subs and vendors you invite get a free guest login scoped to one active job at a time: they see their tasks, message in their threads, and post proof. They can’t see your clients, your other jobs, your crew, or anything about money.
Why are subs free? What’s the catch?
No catch. They’re not your people, so you don’t pay for them. They only receive work you send, one job at a time. When a sub wants to run their own company on Crewmigo, they buy their own plan. Everyone pays for their own account.
I add people mid-month. What happens?
Add a seat any time and it’s prorated: you pay only for the remainder of your current billing period. On annual plans, new seats are billed a prorated amount and lined up with your renewal date, so you always have one renewal and one invoice. Founding pricing applies to added seats too.
Someone quits. Do I keep paying for them?
No. Remove them and the seat frees up immediately for the next hire. Their threads, photos, and sign-offs stay with the job. The record belongs to your company, not to them.
Do you charge per job, per photo, or per anything?
Never per photo, per video, per client, or per anything metered. The paid plan runs unlimited jobs; Free runs 2 active jobs at a time. The only number that sets your price is seats.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual billing saves 20% ($12 a head instead of $15) if you’d rather pay once a year and not think about it again.
If we leave, what happens to our records?
They’re yours, on every plan. Export your jobs, threads, photos, and sign-offs any time, in formats you can open. Leaving doesn’t cost you your history.
Who can see our job photos?
Only people on the job. Subs see their own tasks and threads, never your clients, your other jobs, or anything about money. Photos are encrypted in transit.
Will Crewmigo keep adding features until it’s slow?
No. The product is a thread with a done state; that’s the product. When we add something, it’s because running the job in a thread calls for it, and every seat gets it. There is no add-on list and there never will be a feature menu to decode.
