Privacy
The short version: your job record belongs to your company, we don't sell data, and we don't track anyone's location. The longer version is below, in plain words.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email, phone number, company name, and billing information if you subscribe.
Job content: the threads, tasks, photos, videos, and sign-offs your company puts into Crewmigo. This is your work record; we store it so you can use it.
Usage basics: device type, app version, and diagnostic logs, so we can keep the product working on real phones in the field.
What we use it for
Running the product: delivering messages, storing proof, syncing the record across your crew.
Billing and support: charging the right amount and helping when something breaks.
Improving Crewmigo: aggregate, de-identified usage patterns tell us what to fix. We do not read your job content to do this.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We don’t track your crew’s location. Crewmigo has no GPS tracking.
We don’t show your job content to anyone outside your company, except the guests you invite, who see only the jobs you put them on.
Who can see what
People on your roster see the jobs they’re on, by rank. Guests (subs and vendors) see only the tasks and threads on the single job you invited them to, never your clients, your other jobs, or anything about money.
Photos and messages are encrypted in transit.
Your data is yours
The record belongs to your company. You can export your jobs, threads, photos, and sign-offs at any time. If you close your account, we delete your data on request; otherwise we keep it available so a past record stays usable to you.
