The deal, in plain words: you pay for your seats, your record belongs to your company, and we work to keep the product running. Details below.
What Crewmigo is
Crewmigo runs your jobs as message threads with tasks, photo proof, and sign-off by rank. You bring the crew and the work; we keep the record.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older and give us accurate account information. You’re responsible for what happens under your company’s account and for who you seat and invite.
Billing
The paid plan is billed per seat, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribed. Founding pricing stays yours for as long as your subscription stays active.
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Add a seat mid-cycle and it’s prorated. Remove someone and the seat frees up immediately.
Your content
The threads, photos, videos, and sign-offs your company creates belong to your company. You give us permission to store and process them so the product works, and nothing more.
You can export your record at any time. If you cancel, your data doesn’t become ours; see the privacy page for how deletion works.
Fair use
Don’t use Crewmigo to break the law, harass people, or store content that has nothing to do with running work. We can suspend accounts that do, and we’ll tell you why.
The disclaimer, in plain words
Crewmigo is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we can’t promise zero downtime, and we’re not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is capped at what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
If something in these terms needs to change, we’ll post the change here and email account owners before it takes effect.
